The General Training page
Whether you’re a swimmer, a cyclist, a runner or you do all three, this is where to find details about regular training sessions, where to go and who to ask.
The best way to find out is to rock up, take part and ask around. We’re a friendly and helpful crowd, and we’re quite used to new people arriving and needing to know where to train, where to buy stuff and that sort of thing. We’ve all been there !
But also the nature of the club and the place is that sessions change at different times through the year so it is best to check, and if in doubt go to the forum to ask or see if there are any messages about times and events.
